Policies.

The law governing this Agreement, including without limitation, interpretation and all disputes arising from said Agreement, is the law of South Africa and Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African Courts in respect of any matter arising from or in connection with Agreement, including termination thereof.

Protection of Personal Information Policy

Ark Car Rental (Pty) Ltd strongly believes in protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. In order to explain how Ark Car Rental collects, uses and protects personal information, we have developed this privacy policy. Personal information is any combination of information, in the possession of, or likely to come into the possession of Ark Car Rental (Pty) that can be used to identify, contact, or locate a discrete individual (“Personal Information”) and will be treated in accordance with this privacy policy. This includes any expression of opinion about such individual. Any information which cannot be used to identify a discrete individual (such as aggregated statistical information) is not personal information.

The Purpose of Collection of Information
